30 minutes working with a coach + 30-minute workout
Workout with coach (60-90 minutes) – $100 per session

6-week program

Training workouts
2x per week (12 visits) – $675
3x per week (18 visits) – $975
Sessions must be serviced within 3 months of first session visit.

Training workouts
