Meet Ryan Carrizales
Physical Activity – Physical activity refers to all movement.
Being physically active can be done at any skill level, at any age, and can be enjoyed by everyone.
Simple – Easily understood, not over-complicating movement.
Fun – If it’s not fun, it’s not sustainable. We repeat what we find fun and avoid what is not.
Achievable – Your exercise should always leave you feeling accomplished.

I abide by the NSCA Code, Policy & Produces. In doing so, I pledge to conduct myself with honesty, integrity, and fairness to protect clients, the public, and the profession. All opinions are my own derived from interpreting current scientific literature.
I was born in Miami, Florida and grew up in a small town in Kansas. After earning my degree at K.U. I moved to Kansas City to work as a Landscape Designer. During that time, I was very busy working and not paying attention to my health. It was to my detriment. Once I realized I needed to prioritize exercise and good lifestyle habits, I became disciplined, so disciplined, in fact, that I switched careers and became certified as a Personal Trainer. I have now worked with hundreds of individual clients, many of them therapy graduates, as well as executives and human resource officers to keep exercise as a priority for their staffs. Seeing the results of this kind of work is highly motivating both to me and to my clients.
I live in a loft in downtown Kansas City, still love owning and nurturing plants, and I enjoy music, movies, reading, and social gatherings. Finally, I admit to having no resistance to chocolate in any form.
